Why would educated scientists believe in Christianity?

Some think science and faith cannot mix, yet many scientists believe in God. Why? Because science explains how the world works, but it cannot answer why it exists.

Scientists like Francis Collins (leader of the Human Genome Project) and John Polkinghorne (physicist) openly confess faith in Christ. They see no conflict between studying creation and believing in the Creator.

Science shows amazing order in the universe—laws of physics, DNA design, and the fine-tuning that allows life. Many scientists see this as evidence of intelligence behind the universe.

Also, science cannot explain morality, meaning, or hope. Christianity gives answers science cannot provide. It explains why humans have value, why the universe is orderly, and how we can know the Creator personally.

Belief in God is not against science but goes beyond it. Many scientists believe in Christianity because it makes sense of both the natural world and human experience.
