Evolution is a debated topic. Some believe evolution explains life without God. Others reject it completely. Christianity has different views, but all agree God is the Creator.
Some Christians accept a literal reading of Genesis, believing God created all living things in six days. They see evolution as conflicting with Scripture.
Others see evolution as a tool God used. They believe the Genesis account is more symbolic, teaching the truth that God created everything, even if He used natural processes like evolution to do so.
What matters most in Christianity is not the exact method but the message: life is not an accident. Human beings are made in God’s image, with dignity and purpose. Evolution alone cannot explain why humans have morality, creativity, or a longing for God.
So while Christians may differ in how they interpret evolution, they agree that God is the author of life and that humanity has a unique relationship with Him. Evolution may explain some “how,” but Christianity explains the “why.”
